Director of Operations

Sarah Jones has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Originally from California, she grew up near Yosemite National Park before moving to Atlanta at 13.

Her career began at a diner, where she worked for six years and became the first non-family key holder, igniting her passion for hospitality and leadership. Starting as a server, Sarah advanced into management roles, gaining experience across diverse restaurant concepts. Atlanta’s vibrant culinary scene provided her with the opportunity to grow professionally while learning from different cultures and perspectives.

As Director of Operations at TEI Hospitality, Sarah develops and oversees programs that empower her team to thrive. She is responsible for organizing training programs, monitoring progress, and maintaining high standards of excellence across all locations. Sarah’s approach combines a dedication to fostering growth and a love for creating memorable experiences.

Sarah now resides in Marietta, GA, with her two sons and her supportive boyfriend. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and hosting gatherings that bring people together. Her journey continues to be shaped by a passion for connecting with others and a commitment to delivering excellence.
