Nick's journey in the hospitality world began at the bottom, loading trucks and washing dishes. Over the course of the next 20+ years, Nick climbed the ranks and moved into senior leadership positions at Hilton, Marriott International, Ray’s Restaurants, and Rumi’s before finding his “forever home” with TEI Hospitality.
As Vice President, Nick is responsible for all TEI Hospitality Restaurants personnel and operational performance. He brings a passion for developing high-performing teams and serves as the company’s “culture lead." His promote from within strategy and mentorship programs have enabled numerous individuals to advance into leadership paths. He is deeply committed to developing and mentoring those around him, believing that taking care of employees translates into superior guest experiences.
Outside of work, Nick is a devoted family man, always finding time to support his wife, Julie and their two sons. His personal integrity, dedication, and positive influence extend well beyond his professional life.
