Lance Crane

Director of Operations

Lance is a 20+ year industry veteran with a strong passion for hospitality across both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. With original goals of being a teacher, he began bartending to help pay for school, where he soon fell in love with the restaurant industry. Over the years, Lance has worked his way up from the bottom, holding positions over the years as Kitchen Manager, Hospitality Manager, Assistant General Manager, Regional Manager, and now Director of Operations.

In his current role, Lance oversees five TEI Hospitality restaurants, managing all operational aspects, including P&L, leadership development, facilities maintenance, guest service, and quality control. He is highly competitive and results-driven, enjoys developing leaders, and maintains a strong passion for hospitality and guest experience.

Born and raised in Georgia, Lance loves spending time with his wife Tara and 3 beautiful daughters, Rebecca, Ansleigh, and Haleigh. He also enjoys mountain biking, cycling, and the occasional round of golf (if he plays well).
