
Ashley Kientzle
Director of Beverage
Ashley is a hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She caught the bug for hospitality early on, having grown up on a family golf course & resort where she developed her passion and learned intangible skills like work ethic, drive, and perseverance. Over the years, Ashley has held numerous positions, including food & beverage manager, event and golf group sales and golf group sales manager, and bar manager.
In her current role as Director of Beverage, Ashley leads TEI Hospitality’s beverage program, including developing and curating all beverage menus, sourcing and maintaining relationships with vendors, and leading a team of bar staff. She believes in fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment while maintaining a relentless pursuit for excellent guest experiences.
Originally from Minnesota, Ashley currently resides in Woodstock, GA. She has a Bachelors in Supervision & Management from Florida Southwestern and is WSET Level 2 in Wine & Spirits. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, paddleboarding, and exploring new areas and new restaurants.
